Board Members

Paul has a BS in Education from Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya; Master of Divinity in Counseling, Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, MS.  He also serves as Director of Divine Providence Training Center.

Pastor Justus, an adjunct professor of Divine Providence Training Center, is an ordained minister with Christ Is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) and serves as the senior pastor of CITAM Valley Road.  He has a BA in Economics from Moi University 1991 and MDiv from Nairobi International School of Theology 1998.  Justus was also a Registrar, lecturer and academic dean at Pan-African Christian University, and he served as the Director for Administration in CITAM 2010 - 2014.  Justus started CITAM Thika Town where he served as the senior pastor until 2019 March, when he was called to CITAM Valley Road.

George Thoithi Shaaban is a senior management professional with over 23 years of experience in finance has been overseeing the CTLI financial accounts since 2016.  He also serves in ministry at Trinity United Methodist Church in Naivasha.

Francis holds a BA and MPhil, Moi University, Kenya, a Diploma in Peace & Security, Uppsala University, Sweden, & MA in Peace & Security Management, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He is Head of Research & Gender, Regional Centre on Small Arms (RECSA), Nairobi.  

Irene has a BA in Education and a Masters of Human Resource Development and Organizational Development from Friends University. She is a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management. Irene is currently the Manager, HRD at the Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi.
