Care to Learn International exists to empower Kenyans with life and leadership skills so that they, in turn, may lead, inspire, and train others.

The work emphasizes development rather than relief, and self-sustainability rather than dependency. Practical solutions are demonstrated at the center in Matasia, taught to the community, applied with support, and connected to livelihoods.

Three expressions of the same work sit together: community programs through the E⁴ model, Divine Providence Training Center for pastor-leaders, and Chemi Chemi as the campus whose hospitality helps make the ministry sustainable.
