Pastor Training
Who pastors the pastor?
Training pastors in the Word of God and in the work of ministry, focusing on those students with limited financial means and/or limited education.
Published DPTC materials describe pastors who carry counselling, preaching, community crisis, and family responsibility — often without formal training, salary, or study leave.
Divine Providence focuses on students with limited financial means or limited access to conventional Bible colleges. Training includes theology and the day-to-day work of ministry and self-sustainability.
Train the pastor → strengthen the leader → transform the community.
