Our Work

Agriculture

Grow food. Build skills. Create opportunity.

Agriculture at Care to Learn is not a demonstration farm for its own sake. It is an E⁴ classroom: exhibit methods, educate neighbors, enable people to grow food at home, and employ community members in production that also feeds the center.

Published materials describe greenhouse vegetables, herbs, and fruit; hydroponic experiments; urban gardens in assigned landscape areas; and plants such as Artemisia and Moringa labeled for instruction.
